No-bake Nut Free Muesli Slice


1 cup rolled oats

1 cup coconut (I use 1/2 cup desiccated and 1/2 cup shredded)

1/2 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup sesame seeds

1/3 cup sultanas or craisins

1 tsp ground cinnamon

125g butter

1/3 cup honey

Melt butter and honey in a small saucepan, stirring well.

Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl, mix well and pour the butter and honey mix over the dry ingredients.

Stir well and press down into a slice tray lined with baking paper. Put it in the freezer for 20 minutes to set. I keep it in the freezer as it tastes great when it is cold and holds its shape.

Cut into squares. Makes approximately 18 squares.
