Nutrition & Health Coaching

As a Certified Nutrition & Health Coach I will help you to focus on nourishing your body by eating more real food and less packaged food.

Coaching is not about prescribing diets, instead it is about empowering you to create nutrition and health goals that are achievable. You are the main driver and I am here to support you and guide you.


My focus is not just food, but also incorporating exercise into your daily routine. I have a Certificate III & IV in Fitness and over 10 years’ experience as a Personal Trainer. I can guide you through simple exercises if you don’t feel comfortable in a gym or fitness centre. If you prefer yoga or pilates, I can refer you on to my network of professionals.

My approach also looks at creating routines for improved sleep, less stress and most importantly, more ‘me’ time.

 

I am very passionate about taking care of the environment, and will empower you to make healthier food choices that produce less waste. I am slowly transitioning to a low-tox lifestyle so I can guide you through some small changes to your daily routine if you are wanting to buy more organic, sustainable and natural products for yourself and your family.
