Looking for a delicious but nutritious Easter treat?
These bliss balls take less than 5 minutes to make and are a great after school or work snack.
Recipe
1/2 cup dried dates (chopped and soaked in a little boiling water)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup rolled oats
1 tblsp chia seeds
1 tblsp pepitas
1 tblsp cacoa powder
Blitz all of the ingredients in a blender, roll into balls and refrigerate. Makes around 10-12 balls.
Dip in dark chocolate for an extra tasty treat and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
I melted 100g of dark chocolate with 1/3 cup of cream to make this shiny ganache. There will be enough left over to store in the fridge for a few days, ready for your next batch.
