Don't have time for breakfast? Try these super easy overnight oats. You just need to remember to make them the night before.
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup milk of choice
2-3 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
handful of chia seeds
handful of frozen raspberries (optional)
Mix all ingredients, cover and place in refrigerator overnight. That's it!!
The next morning, I like to add berries, chopped walnuts and cinnamon on top, plus some flaxseeds. You could also try chopped banana, or grated apple. It's so easy to adapt this recipe to whatever you like, and it’s a great alternative to porridge in the warmer months.
