Don't have time for breakfast? Try these super easy overnight oats. You just need to remember to make them the night before. They are so incredibly delicious, and the kids even love them too.
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup milk of choice
2-3 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
handful of chia seeds
handful of frozen raspberries (optional)
Mix all ingredients, cover and place in refrigerator overnight. That's it!!
The next morning, I like to add chopped walnuts and cinnamon on top, plus some flaxseeds. You could also try chopped banana, or grated/chopped apple. It's so easy to adapt this recipe to whatever you like, and although it's getting cold out there now, I still love these more than hot porridge.
Note: this photo was taken just after mixing. The following day, the oats are all soft and it looks creamy and delicious.
