Peanut Butter Balls

Super easy, only 4 ingredients, and they are great for vegans too.

 

1 1/2 cups rolled oats

2 tablespoons cacao powder

1/4 cup maple syrup

3/4 cup peanut butter

 

Process until combined, shape into balls, roll in coconut if desired, chill in refrigerator.

 

Makes around 15-18 balls.  If the mixture is too dry, just add a little water.
