Super easy, only 4 ingredients, and they are great for vegans too.

1 1/2 cups rolled oats

2 tablespoons cacao powder

1/4 cup maple syrup

3/4 cup peanut butter

Process until combined, shape into balls, roll in coconut if desired, chill in refrigerator.

Makes around 15-18 ball...

Such a super easy and delicious summer salad.

Watermelon & Tomato Salad

200g rocket leaves, washed

1 punnet cherry or mixed tomato, chopped in half or quarters

700g chopped watermelon

Mix rocket, tomato and watermelon. Pour over dressing. Refrigerate or serve immediately.
